This Law determines the organizational and legal basis of social work with families, children and youth.

Section I. General provisions

Article 1. Determination of terms

In this Law the following terms are used in such value:

management in social work with families, children and youth the management of system of social work with families, children and youth directed to realization of its tasks and search of optimum ways of their decision;

estimates of needs for social services of families, children and youth - the analysis of accessory of families, children and youth to vulnerable national groups, stay in difficult vital circumstances and determinations of individual requirements of families, children and youth, the list and amount of necessary social services, other types of social support, the public assistance;

social work with families, children and youth - the professional activity directed to prevention, minimization of negative effects and overcoming difficult vital circumstances of families, children and youth, strengthening of their capability to realization of own vital potential;
