Article 1. Determination of terms

In this Law terms are used in the following value:

the producer of disks for laser systems of reading, matrixes - the subject of managing fully or partially performing production of disks for laser systems of reading, matrixes;

production of disks - the activities connected using engineering procedure on conversion of raw materials in optical data carriers in the form of disk for laser systems of reading, matrixes during which along with production of disk record on it of information which is object of copyright and/or the related rights or without record, and also realization of disks or self-produced matrixes is performed;

disk for laser systems of reading - any optical disk for laser systems of reading with record or with possibility of record on it of information displaying objects of copyright or the related rights or without record of such information;

the paragraph the fifth is excluded according to the Law of Ukraine of 02.03.2015 No. 222-VIII;

the paragraph of the sixth is excluded according to the Law of Ukraine of 02.03.2015 No. 222-VIII;

the export certificate (import) - properly drawn up right to export (import) of the equipment and raw materials for production of disks for laser systems of reading and matrixes which is issued for implementation of the external economic transaction by specific business entity during fixed term;

raw materials - the optical polycarbonate used in production of disks for laser systems of reading and matrixes
