In pursuance of Solutions of Chapters of state members of EurAsEC of August 16, 2006 No. 313 and heads of governments of October 27, 2006 the No. 317 Secretariat of Integration Committee of EurAsEC together with experts of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation in 2007 continues work on completion of approval of the draft documents creating the legal base of custom union.

As of April 18, 2007 25 draft documents are drafted.

Are approved at the expert level and 17 draft documents can be sent to the governments of the Parties for holding the interstate procedures necessary for their signing. At the same time the draft agreement on single customs and tariff regulation is approved provided that terms and staging of forming of the Common customs tariff, and also powers of the Commission in this sphere will be determined by other documents which will be signed in interrelation with the specified Agreement and other documents on forming of custom union.
