Article 2

The parties support further strengthening of cooperation and creation for this purpose, as required, information and regulatory framework concerning interaction of the states of the Parties in the field of culture.

Article 3

The parties on the basis of separate international treaties and national legal systems cooperate in the field of preparation and advanced training of workers of separate specialties of culture and art, and also give support to direct interaction between educational institutions of culture and art of the states of the Parties.
