About the Nation-wide comprehensive program of development of high high technologies
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Nation-wide comprehensive program of development of high high technologies which is attached.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for realization of provisions of this Law;
in six-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
3. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.

The nation-wide comprehensive program of development of high high technologies (further - the Program) is directed to implementation of model of sustained economic growth of domestic enterprises by enhancement of structure of their fixed capital and intensive investment of high-tech production.
In this Program the stated below terms are used in the following value:
high high technologies (further - high technologies) technologies which are created based on results of scientific research and scientific and technical developments provide production of high-tech products, promote implementation of high-tech production at the companies of key branches of the industry;
high-tech products - products made by domestic enterprises using high technologies competitive with the best samples of similar products of foreign production;
high-tech production - production in which high technologies are applied;
projects on development of high technologies - projects on accomplishment of the scientific research and/or research and development works directed to creation of new high technologies.
