About the interbudget relations between the district budget and budgets of territorial bulks of villages, settlements, the cities and their associations

This Law determines bases of the interbudget relations between the district budget and budgets of territorial bulks of villages, settlements, cities of district value and their associations (further budgets of local self-government), and also between the city budget of the city regional (republican the Autonomous Republic of Crimea) values, the city of Sevastopol and budgets of the cities which are administratively subordinated to it, settlements, villages, except budgets of local self-government to which transfers are determined by the law on the Government budget of Ukraine the next year.

Article 1. The relations regulated by this Law

This Law governs the interbudget relations between the district budget and budgets of local self-government.

The interbudget relations between the city budget of the city regional (republican the Autonomous Republic of Crimea) values, the city of Sevastopol and budgets of the cities which are administratively subordinated to it, settlements, villages are determined on the bases established by the Budget code of Ukraine and this Law for relations of the district budget with budgets of local self-government.

Article 2. Determination of terms

Terms in this Law are used in the values determined in the Budget code of Ukraine.

Article 3. Interbudget transfers

1. The following interbudget transfers can be provided in the district budget:

1) grant of equalization to budgets of local self-government;

2) the means transferred to the district budget from budgets of local self-government;

3) the additional grant for equalization of the disproportions connected with irregularity of network of budgetary institutions;

4) other grants;

5) subventions on accomplishment of investment projects;

6) other subventions.
