About the Nation-wide target program "Drinking Water of Ukraine" for 2011-2020

1. Approve the Nation-wide target program "Drinking Water of Ukraine" for 2011-2020 (further - the Program) which is attached.

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

during preparation of the bill on the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year to provide expenses on ensuring accomplishment of the actions provided by the Program;

from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into three-months time, and also to provide reduction of regulatory legal acts by executive bodies in compliance with this Law.

4. To Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, local government bodies:

in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law to modify and approve according to Program tasks regional and local programs (actions) concerning providing the population with high-quality drinking water in enough;

during development and approval of drafts of local budgets to provide at them necessary means for ensuring accomplishment of regional and local programs (actions) concerning providing the population with high-quality drinking water in enough".
