1. According to the article 48 HPK Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus considers as Trial Court:
cases on contest of the substandard legal acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of the Republic and the House of Representatives of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Belarus, republican state bodies and other republican bodies which are not corresponding to the law and affecting the rights and legitimate interests of the applicant in the field of business and other economic (economic) activity;
economic (economic) disputes between the Republic of Belarus and administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Belarus, and also between administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Belarus;
