In pursuance of provisions of the Additional Clause 5 of the Loan agreement (The project of expansion of access to the markets of financial services) between Ukraine and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development of June 23, 2006 and for the purpose of providing proper conditions of implementation of the "Expansion of Access to the Markets of Financial Services" project I ORDER to N4827-UA ratified by the Law of Ukraine of December 13, 2006 N446-V:
1. Approve enclosed:
Procedure for selection of banks for participation in the "Expansion of Access to the Markets of Financial Services" project which is supported by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Eligibility criterions of banks - applicants for participation in the "Expansion of Access to the Markets of Financial Services" project and authorized banks - participants of the specified project.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 23, 2005 N652 "About Approval of the Procedure for Selection of Banks for Participation in the "Expansion of Access to the Markets of Financial Services" Project Which Is Supported by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and Monitoring of Observance by Them of Requirements to Its Realization" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 6, 2005 for N1163/11443.
