About some aspects of repatriation of the money received as a result of export of alcoholic products to the Russian Federation

In departure from provisions of article 3 of the Law on regulation of repatriation of the money, goods and services received as a result of the external economic transactions of N1466-XIII of January 29, 1998 the term of repatriation of money for the business entities specified in appendix, performing economic transactions on export of alcoholic products to the Russian Federation during the period from April, 2005 to April, 2006 it is prolonged till October 1, 2007.
