About release from customs duty of some goods imported by the organizations in the field of science and innovations

Based on Item r) article 28 of the Law on customs tariff of N1380-XIII of November 20, 1997

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. 1. - Exempt from customs duty the processing equipment, equipment, installations and current assets imported by the organizations in the field of science and innovations accredited by National council on accreditation and certification for activities in the field of science and innovations according to the Commodity nomenclature of the Republic of Moldova and the appendix which is integral part of this law.

Art. 2. - (To the Government annually to represent 1) to Parliament of the offer on modification of appendix to this law.

(2) Release from customs duty is provided in case of commodity importation, provided by appendix, and it is applied from the date of entry into force of the law on modification.
