1. Approve Regulations on procedure for accounting of holographic protective elements, provisions of the reporting under their development and production which is applied.
2. To assign proceedings concerning control of accounting of holographic protective elements, provision of the reporting under their development and production to Department on control of production of securities, excise stamps, documents of the strict reporting and holographic protective elements (Gosznak) (Stefan W. W.).
3. (Gosznak) (Stefan W. W.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department on control of production of securities, excise stamps, documents of the strict reporting and holographic protective elements provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Makatsariya S. M.
