Chapter I. General provisions

Article 1. Law coverage

This law governs the relations arising in the course of provision of property of the agricultural enterprises liquidated owing to their restructuring, the property which was not demanded by owners of cost shares according to provisions of article 19 of the Law on restructuring of agricultural enterprises in the course of privatization of N392-XIV of May 13, 1999 (further - the Law on restructuring).

Article 2. Basic concepts

For the purpose of this law the following concepts are used:

the owner of cost share of property - the former member of kolkhoz, the employee of sovkhoz, sovkhoz plant or other agricultural enterprise, and also the other persons specified in article 35 of the Law on the Privatization program for 1997-1998 to No. 1217-XIII of June 25, 1997 or their legitimate heirs to whom cost shares of property from the privatized property were provided;

the commission on inventory count, distribution and provision of property - the working group formed by the order of the Minister of Agriculture and the food industry of industry specialists which performs inventory count, distribution and provision of property to owners of cost shares of property;

the applicant - the owner of cost share of property who provided the commissions on inventory count, distribution and provision of property to the terms established by this law the statement for provision to it property of the liquidated agricultural enterprise;

the liquidated agricultural enterprise - kolkhoz, sovkhoz, sovkhoz plant or other agricultural enterprise subjected to restructuring according to the Law on restructuring and other regulations and excluded from the State register of the companies;
