The claim is satisfied with the decision of economic court of Kiev of 28.09.2004, obliged State and joint-stock specialized import and export bank of Ukraine Ukrspetsimpeksbank to change priority of satisfaction of creditor requirements of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits and to carry creditor requirements of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits which consist of debt on initial collection in Fund of guaranteeing household deposits in the amount of 250000 UAH and penalty fee for failure to pay initial collection in the amount of 29575, of 35 UAH to the first priority of satisfaction. The decision of economic court of Kiev of 28.09.2004 on case N23/529 is left by the resolution of the Kiev Economic Court of Appeal of 22.12.2004 without changes on the same bases.
