being guided by Agreements of heads of states - members of the Commonwealth about the status of Border troops of the Commonwealth and about protection of frontiers and sea economic zones of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States of March 20, 1992,

State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The structure of the budget created for financing of Border troops of the Commonwealth joins the following cost types per year:

content of Border troops of the Commonwealth (cash allowance of the military personnel, the salary of regular workers and employees, food, ware, medical support, payment and storage of fuel and fuel, repair and production of arms, military equipment and property, transportation expenses, lease of means of telecommunication, content of bases and warehouses, ruble covering of expenses in foreign currency, the operational, household and other expenses connected with life support of troops);

payment of arms, military equipment and property;

payment of scientific and technical products;

capital construction and capital repairs, including special and housing construction;

provision of pensions of the military personnel and members of their families;

compulsory national insurance of the military personnel.

Article 2

Assignments for content of Border troops of the Commonwealth are determined on the basis of the established number of the military personnel, workers and employees of Border troops of the Commonwealth, regulations of providing and standard rates of content of arms, military equipment and property, current prices and rates, plans of combat training, proizvodstvennokhozyaystvenny activities and other factors.

Assignments for payment of arms, military equipment and property are determined proceeding from the planned supply rates of arms, military equipment and property for providing Border troops of the Commonwealth within allocated funds.
