agreed as follows:

Article 1

Development, production, deliveries and providing Border troops of the Commonwealth with arms, military equipment, industrial goods and other appliances, their accumulating is performed by the unified plans of orders and deliveries of military products approved between the State Parties of the Commonwealth for the budget account of Border troops of the Commonwealth (own Border troops of the states of the Commonwealth - on the principles of settlement on agreed prices) with preserving and development of cooperative bonds of military production, long-term is production - the economic relations and direct agreements.

Article 2

Regulation of deliveries and developments of the major types of military products is performed at the level of the State Parties of this agreement. To impose control of the conclusion of agreements on mutual deliveries to relevant organs of management of the State Parties of this agreement.

Article 3

At the companies of Border troops of the Commonwealth and own Border troops of the states to make repair and production of arms, military equipment, military and technical property according to the plans approved between them on the basis of mutual calculations and preserving the developed production bonds.
