Charge to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources to liquidate in accordance with the established procedure Management on administration of the building on Ulitsa Kosmonavtov, 9, as a part of the former Ministry of ecology, construction and development of the territories, with pro rata distribution of debts of the specified management between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and Department of construction and development of the territories.

5. Provide to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and Department of construction and development of the territories the right on release or employment of personnel of the former Ministry of ecology, construction and development of the territories according to the current legislation.
