In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 2007 I ORDER to N794 "About Urgent Measures concerning Reduction of Negative Impact of Drought and Ensuring Forming of Resources of Grain of Harvest of 2007":

1. Approve the Procedure for preferential providing the agricultural enterprises which were injured owing to drought, seeds on the harvest eve of 2008 which is applied.

2. To department of the markets of crop production, gardening, wine growing and winemaking (Demidov O. A.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice.

3. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister Melnik S. I.
