About protection and support of children

For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for development of children, I decide providing the rights of each child to the childhood, family environment, high-quality medical attendance, available education, equality and protection of their interests:

1. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic, local public administrations, the city halls of the cities to consider the priority direction in the activities protection of the rights and interests of children and in first-priority procedure to perform the actions connected with creation of social and economic conditions for development of children.

2. Determine the State agency by physical culture and sport, cases of youth and protection of children under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic by the coordinating body in the field of protection of the rights and interests of children.

3. Raise since January 1, 2008 for 10% the established allowances for special working conditions to employees of orphanages, boarding schools of all types and names, and also workers of receivers distributors for minor and educational and labor colonies, schools and technical training colleges under educational and labor organizations.

4. Increase since January 1, 2008 cash regulations of food taking into account change of retail prices for 2002-2008 in welfare organizations.

5. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- in three-months time to develop the mechanism of realization of regulations of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on children (further - the Code) and package of measures for implementation of the Code for the medium and long-term outlook and to provide its accomplishment;

- create the commissions on cases of children and support departments of family and children under district administrations in the respective areas; under executive local government bodies (the city halls, town councils) in the respective cities which do not have district division; under executive local government bodies in the respective cities having district division; dig up necessary resources and provide functioning of the called commissions and departments;
