According to Article part three 6, articles 7 and 8 of the Agreement between the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Government of Ukraine about cooperation in the field of provision of pensions of July 27, 1995 (further - the Agreement) the State Social Security Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Pension fund of Ukraine (further - the Parties) agreed as follows:
General provisions
According to part three of article 6 of the Agreement in case of resettlement of the pensioner from the territory of one state on the territory of another if pension is not granted on the bases, stipulated by the legislation the state in which there is new place of residence of the pensioner, the state on which territory the pensioner moved continues to pay pension payment.
Transfer of pensions is made by the State Social Security Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Pension fund of Ukraine.
According to article 7 of the Agreement of disability pension and in case of loss of the supporter owing to labor mutilation are appointed and paid according to the legislation of the state of the Party in the territory of which the labor injuries, at the expense of its means were sustained.
