In pursuance of provisions of Articles 257, of 257-1 Customs code of Ukraine and for the purpose of ensuring expense recovery, the customs authorities of Ukraine connected with actions concerning assistance of protection of intellectual property rights, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision of pledge or the equivalent guarantee on expense recovery connected with actions of customs authorities of Ukraine concerning assistance of protection of intellectual property rights which is applied.
2. To department of actions of trade policy (Pashinny O. I.) and to Legal department (Not brother L.M.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Determine that this order becomes effective in 5 days after its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of State Customs Service of Ukraine of the Cherkassk R. A.
