1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens in central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (further - the Instruction).

2. To heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation:

- inform the staff of structural divisions of the Instruction on receipt;

- organize work with addresses of citizens according to the Instruction.

3. To provide to the general secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation the organization of control of execution of the Instruction by consideration of addresses of the citizens arriving in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
