About the Program for legalization of shadow economy in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2007-2010

For the purpose of creation of favorable economic and legal conditions to the business entities performing the activities in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, and carrying out effective economic policy the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- The program for legalization of shadow economy in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2007-2010;

- The actions plan on legalization of shadow economy in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2007-2010 (further - the Actions plan).

2. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, other executive bodies subordinated to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, local public administrations:

- provide accomplishment of the Actions plan and in case of problems in the course of its realization without delay to make offers on their elimination in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic and Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- quarterly, no later than the 15th following reporting quarter to provide information on the course of accomplishment of the Actions plan in the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Kyrgyz Republic quarterly, to the 25th following reporting quarter to provide summary information on execution of the Actions plan in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of economy, trade, tourism and entrepreneurship of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
