1. The instruction on the organization of the state statistical observation of the prices of producers of industrial output (further the Instruction) is developed for the purpose of ensuring the state statistical observation of the change in price of producers of industrial output.
The state statistical observation of the prices of producers of industrial output does not include observation of the prices of the performed works (services) of industrial nature.
2. In this Instruction the following terms and their determinations are used:
selection (sample) is set of limited number of observations which shall be representative (representative), is full and adequately to reflect properties and proportions of population;
population is set of all observations;
selection of the basic organizations in the industry is set of industrial bodies most of which fully reflects structure and industrial output;
