About submission of the notification on placement of goods in free customs zone

According to Article 222 of the Customs code of the Republic of Belarus the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. the notification on placement of the goods placed under customs regime of free customs zone in free customs zone in form according to appendix to this resolution (further - the notification) is submitted the customs applicant of customs regime of free customs zone in Item of customs clearance in which goods were located under customs regime of free customs zone;

1.2. the notification is drawn up in duplicate, certified by the signature of the authorized officer and seal of the customs applicant of customs regime of free customs zone and it is represented within one working day following behind day of placement of such goods in free customs zone, but no later than three working days following behind day of issue of the certificate on goods placement under customs regime of free customs zone. One copy of the notification is stored in Item of customs clearance together with the certificate on goods placement under customs regime of free customs zone, the second - at the customs applicant of customs regime of free customs zone;

1.3. in case of adoption of the notification in Item of customs clearance the authorized officer of customs authority specifies acceptance date of the notification on two copies and assures the personal number seal;

1.4. if in the time established by subitem 1.2 of this Item the customs applicant of customs regime of free customs zone places in free customs zone goods based on several certificates on goods placement under customs regime of free customs zone, information on these goods can be specified in one notification.
