About loan granting to the organizations performing milk conversion

For the purpose of timely calculations for the received milk I decide:

1. Offer banks according to appendix in 2007 to issue to the organizations performing milk conversion for the lists determined by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom (daleeorganization), credits to the amount of 100 billion rubles on purchase of milk with collection of interest for using by them in the amount of the refunding rate of National Bank increased no more than by 3 percent points of margin and their repayment period till March 1, 2008.

Percent on the loans granted according to part one of this Item are paid:

in the amount of half of the refunding rate of National Bank increased no more than by 3 percent points of margin, the organizations which obtained such credits;

in the amount of half of refunding rate National банкаиз the means of republican fund of support of producers of agricultural products, food and agrarian science provided on compensation of losses of banks in connection with issue of soft credits to the organizations of agro-industrial complex, incentivization of percent on the credits obtained by these organizations.

According to requirements of banks in the procedure established by the legislation to local executive and administrative organs to provide them guarantees on return of the credits issued to the organizations according to part one of this Item.

2. Determine that condition of payment of part of percent on the credits according to the paragraph third parts two of Item 1 is accomplishment by the organizations in 2007 of the main target indicators of the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus in growth rates of volumes of production and the profitability of goods sold finished in accordance with the established procedure.
