Rules of implementation of the state control of regulation of rates and allowances

1. These rules regulate procedure of the state control in the field of regulation of rates and allowances (further - the state control) behind justification of establishment, application and change:

a) limiting indexes of change of the established rates for goods and services of the organizations of utility complex (further - limiting indexes);

b) rates for goods and services of the organizations of utility complex - producers of goods and services in the field of water supply, water disposal and sewage treatment, utilization (burial) of municipal solid waste (further - rates for goods and services);

c) rates for connection of the created (reconstructed) real estate objects to system of utility infrastructure;

d) rates of the organizations of utility complex for connection;

e) allowances to the prices (rates) for consumers of goods and services of the organizations of utility complex;

e) allowances to rates for goods and services.
