3. Determine that inspection departments in touch of managements of transport control on areas and the cities of Astana and Almaty on operational issues submit to Management of control in touch of Committee of transport control of the Ministry of Transport and Communications (Gossvyaznadzor);

4. To management of control in touch (Nurgozhin B. I.) in accordance with the established procedure to carry out state registration of the order in judicial authorities.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman Eszhanov K. B.

6. The order becomes effective from the date of state registration in judicial authorities and is subject to acquaintance and mailing.
