1. Approve the enclosed Rules of conducting examination on patent purity of the equipment and technologies during creation of innovative (venture) productions.
2. To impose control of execution of this Order on the Vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Asanov Zh. K. and Vice-Minister of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan Isekeshev A. O.
4. This Order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
