2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 27, 1998 No. 484 "About approval of Regulations on procedure for the conclusion of contracts for carrying out transactions on subsurface use in the Republic of Kazakhstan and about procedure for issue of permissions to transfer of the right of subsurface use as a deposit" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1998, No. 16, the Art. 139);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 16, 1996 No. 1017 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for licensing of subsurface use in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 34, the Art. 321).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
