Rules about approval procedure on building of the areas of bedding of minerals

1. General provisions

1. Rules of issue of permission to building of the areas of bedding of minerals determine procedure for issue of permissions to building of the areas of bedding of minerals, and also on placement in places of their bedding of the underground constructions which are not connected with mining for the purpose of rational building of such areas and complete extraction of inventories of minerals.

The area of bedding of minerals is understood as part terrestrial or surface of the water under which minerals are revealed.
