About questions of the organization of control and certification of veterinary medicines

For the purpose of the organization of quality control of veterinary medicines, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides ensuring their registration and certification:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 4, 2006 No. 562 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About veterinary science" the following changes:

- Item 5 in paragraph one after the words "Create the State Laboratory on Control" and the paragraph third Item 7 after the words "Regulations on the State Laboratory on Control" to exclude the word "standardization".

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the State laboratory on control and certification of veterinary medicines under Department of the state veterinary science under the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the State laboratory).

3. To the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide annual assignment for content and equipment of the State laboratory devices, the equipment, and personnel training for the purpose of ensuring accreditation of laboratory and implementation of the tasks assigned to it, taking into account earlier provided amount of financing and material equipment.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and environmental management of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
