decides:
1. Rules of placement by insurance companies of insurance (technical) reserves.
2. To insurance companies till January 1, 2008 to bring the assets accepted for covering of insurance (technical) reserves into compliance with requirements, statutory rules of placement by insurance companies of insurance (technical) reserves.
3. To department of methodology, monitoring and regulation of non-state pension funds, insurance companies together with legal department to take measures to recognition No. 241-P which voided the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the minimum size of insurance reserves on accumulative types of life insurance" of August 20, 2004".
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Vice-chairman of Service of supervision and regulation of the financial market of the Kyrgyz Republic.
