Questions of gasification of settlements
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the list of objects for which in 2007 funds for construction of gas pipelines and gasification of settlements which is applied are in addition allocated.
2. To direct to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services to financing of the works provided in the list of objects approved by this resolution, remaining balance of the receipts of collection which are not used in 2006 in the form of the target allowance to applicable fare on natural gas for consumers of all patterns of ownership.
Determine that funds are allocated for accomplishment of noted works to the corresponding regional and district budgets, to budgets of the cities of regional and district value, settlement and rural budgets and N1764 "About Approval of the Procedure for Public Financing of Capital Construction" are used according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, N 52, the Art. 2374).
