About accomplishment of the current legislation in the field of licensing
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 18, 1997 "About environmental assessment" and the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 8, 2003 I prikzyvat N1039 "About Some Questions of Licensing of Activities for Nature Protection Designing, Regulation and Works in the field of Environmental Assessment":
1. Approve the Instruction to qualification requirements to the licensed type of activity on nature protection designing, regulation and works in the field of environmental assessment and the List of the works and services which are part of the licensed types of activity on nature protection designing, regulation and to works in the field of environmental assessment.
2. To the director of the department of examination and licensing (Bekzhanov Zh. L.) in accordance with the established procedure to grant licenses for activities on nature protection designing, regulation and works in the field of environmental assessment.
3. To the director of the department of organizational and financial work (Seitov G. K.) provide financing of the annual requisition on production of forms of the strict reporting - licenses.
4. To chiefs of regional territorial administrations of environmental protection to notify the organizations registered in the subordinated territories on licensing of activities for nature protection designing, regulation and works in the field of environmental assessment.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-Minister Iskakov N. A.
