1. Approve the Temporary accounting treatment and use of information concerning persons who during receipt of the state social payments crossed frontier or stayed outside the country (further - the Temporary procedure) which is applied.

2. To the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of head departments of work and social protection of the population of regional public administrations, Head department of social protection of the population of the Kiev city public administration and Management of work and social protection of the population of the Sevastopol city public administration:

2.1. Take under personal control the organization of work according to requirements of the Temporary procedure.

2.2. Carry out necessary educational and information and explanatory work concerning carrying out the specified experiment.

2.3. Provide provision of Ministry of Labor in electronic form of monthly information on receivers of the government public assistance, privileges and housing subsidies and the report on the established forms.
