About approval of the Regulations On maintaining the register of auditors of banks of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance to requirements of the legislation of Ukraine Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on maintaining the register of auditors of banks of the National Bank of Ukraine (further - Regulations on the register of auditors) which are applied.

2. Add the List and rates of services in registration of organizations of banks, to provision of licenses (permissions) to banking operations, transactions with currency values and other services which are provided by the National Bank of Ukraine and its territorial administrations, the Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of 12.08.2003 of N 333, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 10.09.2003 for N787/8108 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 19.03.2004 of N 120, services at numbers 79-81 of such content:"
