About procedure for collection of payment from business entities for licensing for involvement (employment) of foreign specialists and skilled workers to the Republic of Kazakhstan

2. The involved (employed) foreign specialists and skilled workers to the Republic of Kazakhstan are subject to licensing.
3. Involvement (employment) to the Republic of Kazakhstan of foreign specialists and skilled workers according to the procedure of rendering free aid is not subject to licensing.
4. Business entities, irrespective of patterns of ownership, accessory and place of registration, except for the organizations and the organizations financed by budgetary funds, involving (employing) to the Republic of Kazakhstan foreign specialists and skilled workers, shall bring payment for licensing. In case of employment of the foreign citizens who arrived without invitation to the Republic of Kazakhstan for implementation of labor activity, the business entity employing this citizen shall bring payment for licensing.
5. Consideration of the applications and licensing for attraction of foreign labor power, the organization of works on accounting, control over the implementation of conditions of the license and other normative legal documents regulating conditions of labor activity of foreign labor power carrying out expert inspection of business entities on feasibility of attraction of foreign labor power by them is assigned to Department on population shift under the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
