According to Item 7 of the Procedure for use in 2007 of the means provided in the government budget for the support of aircraft construction and space industry directed to creation and implementation in production of the modern equipment by the reduction in cost of the credits approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 14, 2007 N 226, - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 22, 2007 N855 and of July 5, 2007 N891,PRIKAZYVAYu:

1. Approve the Form of the agreement on reduction in cost of the loans attracted in previous years on creation, implementation in production and on production of the aircraft equipment which is applied.

2. To submit to department of financial and economic ensuring the industry (Kondrashov M. M.) the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister of Novitsky V. S.
