The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Establish the maximum sizes of insurance payments within which the Motor (transport) insurance bureau establishes the single sizes of insurance payments, obligatory for the complete members, under agreements of the international compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles, according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 2004 of N539 "About Approval of the Sizes of Insurance Payments under Additional Agreements of Obligatory Civil Liability Insurance of Owners of Vehicles" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, N 17, the Art. 1175).
