About approval of the Method of calculation of amounts of the losses of natural gas arising in gas distribution networks owing to failure to provide or low-quality provision of services on centralized heating and hot water supply

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 to N1729 "About Providing Consumers with Natural Gas" and for the purpose of ensuring economical and rational use of natural gas, reduction of its losses, reduction of the regulatory base concerning determination of losses of natural gas in distribution networks in compliance to requirements of the current legislation I ORDER:

1. Approve the Method of calculation of amounts of the losses of natural gas arising in gas distribution networks owing to failure to provide or low-quality provision of services on centralized heating and hot water supply (further - the Technique) which is applied.

2. Determine that application of the Technique is obligatory for all gas supplying and gas-distributing companies of oil and gas complex of Ukraine.

3. To department concerning oil, gas and oil-processing industry (Kosyanchuk L. V.) provide provision of the order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister for Fuel and Energy of Ukraine Chupruna V.P.
