This Law regulates the relations connected with education and activities of the international Arbitration (arbitration) Court.

Chapter 1. General provisions

Article 1. The basic concepts applied in this Law

In this Law the following basic concepts are applied: the international Arbitration (arbitration) Court (further - the international Arbitration Court) - the permanent arbitral (arbitration) organization created for the purpose of consideration of the corresponding disputes (further - permanent international Arbitration Court) or the arbitration body which is specially formed by agreement of the parties dispute out of the permanent arbitral (arbitration) organization for consideration of separate dispute (further - the international Arbitration Court for consideration of specific dispute);

the arbitrator - the capable physical person elected by the parties of dispute over their agreement or appointed in accordance with the established procedure for the dispute resolution;

the arbitral resolution - the decision or determination of the international Arbitration Court;

the decision - the arbitral resolution of structure of the international Arbitration Court resolving dispute over being;

determination - the arbitral resolution of structure of the international Arbitration Court concerning procedural nature;

the resolution - the act of presidium of permanent international Arbitration Court adopted within its competence;

arbitral regulations - the set of rules, regulating the organization of permanent international Arbitration Court and process of the dispute resolution in it;

structure of the international Arbitration Court - the single arbitrator or board of arbitrators (arbitration judges);
