About procedure of payments for agricultural products and food products
For the purpose of ensuring timely calculations for agricultural products and food products:
1. Determine that till January 1, 2009 the organizations performing trading activity and the organizations of consumer cooperation have the right to send in first-priority procedure for settlings with producers of agricultural products and food products up to 40 percent of the specified organizations of money arriving on the current (settlement) accounts in Belarusian rubles on condition of timely introduction of payments in republican and local budgets, including to the state trust budget funds, state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, and also extraordinary payments.
In case of untimely introduction of such payments these organizations perfrom calculations according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2000 No. 359 "About approval of procedure of payments between legal entities, individual entrepreneurs in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 64, 1/1403).
2. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
