According to article 22 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About judicial system and the status of judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations of plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Declare invalid the Regulations of plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by plenary meeting on August 16, 2001.
