the earth of agricultural purpose, and also other lands which are not subject according to the laws of the Republic of Belarus to transfer to private property;

waters;
woods;
especially protected natural territories and objects (reserves, national parks, wildlife areas and nature sanctuaries) and their property;
the wild animals living in condition of freedom and included in the Red List of the Republic of Belarus;
the rare and being under the threat of disappearance types of plants included in the Red List of the Republic of Belarus;
airspace of the Republic of Belarus;
radio-frequency resource.
