About some questions of providing customs payment

To customs authorities, as providing customs payment to accept the bank guarantees issued by banks and the insurance contract, issued by insurance companies which are included in the Register of the banks and insurance companies (appendix) and having the existing notification of the State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on the right to address customs authorities as the guarantor.

2. Establish action of the enclosed Register of banks and insurance companies, for a period of 1 calendar year.

3. Orders GTI under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic No. of 5-9/189 of 26.05.2006 to consider No. 5-9/261 of 12.07.2006 invalid.

4. To general department of UKO of the State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic (Omurbekova D. A.) bring this order to the attention of structural divisions of the State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on Management of customs payments of the State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic (Niyazaliyev Z. U.).
