The parties on the basis of direct agreements direct drama theaters, music bands and contractors for participation in the theater and musical festivals held in the territories of the states of the Parties in accordance with the terms of their carrying out.
The parties help the organization of performances of drama and musical theaters, art collectives and certain contractors for participation in days and weeks of culture, and also other cultural actions devoted to significant events in life of the people of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan.
The parties develop cooperation in the field of folk art and promote establishment of direct connections between professional and amateur on-stage performance groups of two countries.
The parties cooperate in area of museum case and exhibition activities, and also promote establishment of direct cooperation between the museums of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan.
The parties communicate concerning accounting, protection, restoration, use and promotion of historical and cultural heritage, study possibilities of joint carrying out restoration works, scientific seminars, symposiums, meetings, expeditions.
