in view of aspiration of the Parties to development and deepening of mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of agro-industrial complex in the conditions of the market relations,

being guided by regulations of the Agreement of the State Parties of the CIS on interstate relations concerning agro-industrial complex of March 29, 1993,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will perform mutually beneficial cooperation on the basis of trust, equality and mutual advantage within the national legal system of the states, and also will render development assistance of contacts between business entities of both states.

Article 2

The economic, scientific and technical and production cooperation between the Parties will be performed in the following main directions:

- crop production;

- gardening and wine growing;

- livestock production;

- breeding case and poultry farming;

- veterinary science;

- biotechnology;

- conversion of fruit and vegetable products and winemaking;

- mechanization and automation of agricultural production;

- development of new forms of managing, experience exchange in the organization and formation of farms, joint-stock companies, associations;

- training of specialists for different industries of agricultural production.

Other directions of cooperation can be included according to the mutual arrangement of the Parties.
