1. General provisions

1. These rules of conducting examination of the cultural values which are exported and imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules), are developed according to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 15, 2006 "About culture" and determine procedure for conducting examination of cultural values in case of their export out of country limits, and also in case of their return import.

2. Expertize is carried out on purpose:
