1. This Instruction determines procedure and conditions of carrying out voluntary insurance of medical expenses of legal entities and physical persons according to which in case of loss occurrence medical care to insured persons appears the organizations of health care of the Republic of Belarus entering the state health care system and also the non-state organizations of health care or in the cases provided by this Instruction, the organizations of health care of foreign states (further - the organizations of health care).
2. For the purposes of this Instruction the following terms are applied:
sudden disorder of health - sharp deterioration in the state of health of insured person;
accident - the sudden, unexpected event which happened to insured person during validity of voluntary insurance of medical expenses, followed by injuries, wounds, mutilations or other damages of health;
